Shipping and Delivery policy.

We guarantee Same-Day Shipping for items that are in stock.
In the U.S.A. deliveries are made in 2-5 days to contiguous 48 states; shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping is made by expedited service provided by the carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) and is subject to the flat rate shipping charge of USD25.
Backorders: we guarantee the shipping of back-ordered items within 10 days since the order was placed; and delivery within 14 days span. In case when the item is out of the manufacturer’s stock and order fulfillment requires additional time we will contact you with ETA and options to wait for the order to be fulfilled or accept the refund.
We guarantee 1 free shipping of your order.
We do ship worldwide, but please, be advised that international shipping may be subject to an additional charge, tax and customs duties depending on its destination. Please, be aware that you may have to pay import customs duties in your country, according to local laws, upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returned deliveries that were refused delivery and you may be liable for additional shipping charges and duties.

Exchange policy.

Proper Sizing Disclaimer: prior ordering, please, make necessary measurements with a body tape measure and refer to the provided Size Chart on the product pages. You may also contact us anytime about your perplexity, so we could advise you on the right size decision before you place an order with us. If the item(s) upon delivery doesn’t fit, report the problem within 3 days since its delivery date and return the item(s) to us using any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend that tracking and insurance options be included in your return shipment. We’ll inspect the returned items and restock them without additional charge if the items are unaltered and don’t require refurbishing or cleaning. Should the item(s) come without its original packaging, without original tags; evidently used, washed or altered (counting strong odors, like nicotine) you may be charged with the restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item(s) and/or dry cleaning fee of USD30 per item.
You will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
We do not offer a “wardrobe” service: please, do not order multiple items with the intent of returning a part of it. We keep the right of charging you with a restocking fee of 20% of item(s) price for returns that we believe were made in violation of this policy.
Warranty: Should your order be missing, or come damaged, be wrong colored/sized, miss a part of the order or have any obvious inherent manufacturing defect – let us know by any preferable way of contact – and we’ll do our best to promptly correct the situation to your satisfaction: items with inherent defects are exchanged free of charge, in such cases, all exchange shipping costs are on us.

Returns and Refunds.

You have 30 days since the date you placed an order with us to return unused and unaltered items with all original tags and labels in place, in the original package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may use any carrier of your choice to return your order. We recommend that tracking and insurance options be included in your return shipment. We will inspect the returned items and issue your refund.
Should the item(s) come without its original packaging, without tags, evidently used, washed or altered (counting strong odors, like nicotine) you may be charged with the restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item(s) and/or dry cleaning fee of USD30 per item.
All returns must be prepaid, C.O.D. returns will be rejected.
All credit card payment refunds, regardless of the payment system used, are subject to a 3% return fee.

Order Cancellation.

Should you have accidentally clicked the ‘Place Order’ button or used a wrong method of payment, cancel the order right away to avoid a cancellation fee. We usually send items that are in stock right after they appear in our shipping system, so please, act quickly. You may cancel a mistakingly placed order while it is still in “placed but not shipped” status. After it was shipped there is the only option left: to wait for the order to be delivered and then reject the parcel/return it to us. Shipped orders refunds are subject to a cancelation fee of 15% of the cost of the item(s).

Reviews and comments.

We encourage customers to post reviews and comments about the products that they have bought and the service that they have experienced: it may help other customers to make the right choice and help us make new sales. You may receive third party (review aggregators) invitations to leave a review of the service that you’ve received and the product that you’ve bought with us.
Only verified purchasers’ reviews and comments are to be posted.
Any reviews containing foul language, competitor’s comparisons and non-relevant to our products and service information will not be posted on our site and may be flagged as inappropriate on review aggregators’ sites. Objective negative reviews and constructive critic will be posted and taken as a call to improve our service and products. Nevertheless, we reserve the right of the approval of reviews and comments, as the purpose of this policy is to protect us from “spam” and negative reviews that were solely intended to besmirch our business.
